It is among India’s first distributed Solar companies and has built 300+ Solar projects. In 2023, The Nandan Group Holding sold SunSource to a leading European multinational, providing a successful exit to its investors.

Nexcepts

Nexceps was a structural engineering outsourcing firm that focused on providing solutions to the US market. THE NANDAN GROUP sold its equity shares in 2010.

S3 Energy

S3 Energy is a leading provider of Solar Energy Balance of Systems (BOS) products to developers and EPC companies. S3 Energy was sold to a leading multinational in 2022.
